Digital Products
All digital products (guides, e-books, downloadable content) are delivered instantly via download after purchase.

Coffee Products
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, coffee products cannot be returned once purchased.

Refunds only for damaged products: If your coffee beans or packaging arrive damaged, please contact us at jooyonly@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we will process a replacement or refund.
