Ingredients: 

🍋 1 Lemon 

🫚 About 5 slices of fresh ginger root  

 

 

How To: 
Squeeze the whole lemon into a glass
Peel and cut about 5 pieces of the ginger root
Muddle the ginger root in the glass with the lemon 
Add a shot of water if desired
Consume about every other or every 3rd day
